Latrice is an exceptional agent. She is very professional and courteous. She has the clients interest as a top priority and walked us through the process (ie. inspections, survey, attorney etc.). She listens to the client to find out just what theyre looking for, because sometimes we dont always know exactly what we want initially. They say patience is a virtue. If Patience was being rated she gets 5 stars. We looked at so many houses I lost count. She is very detail oriented and paid attention to particular items when going over our spreadsheet of must have items.
