ZillowVERIFIEDWe just sold our home through our listing agent LaTonya Johnson at Re/Max First Realty II. LaTonya was there for us throughout the entire process, before, during, and after the sale of the property. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and kept us updated every step of the way. For her, it?s not about the money, it?s about the relationship. To sum it all up in one sentence, she did a spectacular job. If you?re looking for a can-do Realtor, someone you can trust, someone who will work hard for you, we highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, when I decided to buy a home, I started looking at the Zillow postings. I did not have a realtor but I liked a place and contacted the sellers agent, LaTonya. Despite the COVID-19 situation she gave a tour of the place and I found her to be was very honest and responsive to the questions I had. So I asked her to be my realtor. She went above and beyond and scheduled 5 viewings that too at the last minute. And when I finally found the place I liked, she connected me with a great lawyer and lender and the home buying process went super smooth despite the COVID-19 pandemic. I am glad to have found her for my first home buying.

ZillowVERIFIED LaTonya made the deal happen while she away on vacation. This woman literally worked around the clock to get us this house. She?s shown us about 6 houses before we found THE HOUSE. She showed me this house the night before she boarded her flight. We made an offer and it was accepted after multiple offers were on the table (all of this was done while she was on vacation). I decided to work with her AND her team. They work so well together. Availability was never an option. I know that I wasn?t her only client but I definitely felt like it do to her always being available to us. Her input was very helpful. Thanks again Tonya for finding our dream home #newhomeowners

ZillowVERIFIED I have been renting for the last 10 years and never thought that I would be able to get preapproved for a mortgage. I stepped out on faith and my husband and I received our first preapproval in August of 2018. This was probably the easiest part of the whole process. The hardest part, finding a realtor that understood what we wanted. We had spoken with several who never respected the fact we were looking in one specific city. That's where Latonya came in. Just as we were about to give up, she called me and stated she had 3 properties to show us. The first one was a house we had been wanting to see but all the other realtors stated it wasn't available. The fact that she was able to get us into view that property sealed the deal. We put an offer in and somehow she worked her magic because we were able to close on the property in November 2018. We are so grateful for her, her patience and her knowledge. She is very hands on and will get you through any process. Thank you again Latonya for a lil of your help!

ZillowVERIFIED Latonya provided me some information on the surrounding areas of New Jersey. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in locating areas that would be a fit. Since we do not know the area this was very helpful during our search.
