We are first time homebuyers. Larry walked us through the whole process. He answered text and phone calls at all times of the day even weekends. He lets you make your own decisions without trying to influence you, so you feel empowered moving forward in the homebuying process. Most importantly Larry stays consistent and doesn't contradict himself. Larry was always patient and respectful in answering all our questions. He is always punctual and professional. During our inspection contingency, we chose our own inspector. Larry made a few recommendations for professional vendors that could prepare repair estimates with the inspection findings. These vendors were very helpful because they are reliable and have a good reputation. Larry knew we had done a lot of research on the current real estate market. During the right to repair negotiation with the seller (after inspections were finished), Larry paved the way for us to negotiate the credits for repairs. He fought hard to get us a fair deal to move on with our purchase. His knowledge of the Simi Valley area helped us find the perfect home.
