1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't settle. The home you want is out there, you just need a Realtor who will spend the time to find it.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose your Realtor carefully. Always hire a local full-time Realtor who will be close enough to do the showings and not pass off the buyer to another agent. Check their track record.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with 1st time buyers, move-up buyers, relocating buyers and sellers, senior buyer and sellers and investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My fondest transactions are helping people get a home when they thought they never could. Their is such a feeling of joy associated with that. In this area, this hapens all the time for me.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in Real Estate after my last child was about to graduate high school. I had 30 years of retail mgmt which is where I picked up my customer service skills that help me today. I needed to work for myself this time and always dreamed of selling and buying homes.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have my E-Pro certification along with my First Time Buyers Certification. I also have my Brokers License. I take my continuing education seriously and stay on top of the latest rules and regulations.
