Review We have known Larry Martin for many years thru church. He came out and looked at my parents place. He gave us the home value and shared all the detailed expenses involved. Larry gave us some advice on what to do to get the home ready to sell. Right before the listing went live, we were presented with an opportunity to sell the house to the neighbors at a great cash price. Every one on Larry's team that I dealt with, especially Dana, was responsive to any and all questions. One item I can't stress enough about Larry is that he is a problem solver with contacts. No matter what came up, Larry had someone to solve, repair, or replace whatever needed to be done. They handled everything. He had people to prep the home including cleaning to make the house show ready, power wash the siding, and others to handle the little issues that needed to be taken care of before the listing went live. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who wants to sell their home! Larry and team handled everything and I was comfortable enough with them to keep vacation plans, signing all the paperwork from the sale poolside at a resort in the Caribbean.
