ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot express the true blessing I received when I was connected with Shari on Zillow. As a first time homebuyer, I was so extremely nervous when looking at buying a new home. Couple that with the fact that I had to buy a house sight unseen in this market, I was downright terrified. But then, after contacting a listing on which the Hatfields were the listed agent, I was connected with the true angel that is Shari. She, I kid you not, toured and took pictures of 12 different homes for my fiancA(C) and in the course of ONE WEEK!!!! She was always patient, kind, and truly treated me like I was one of her family members. ZillowVERIFIED Here's what you need to know about Larry Hatfield, though I could say much more.When we met Larry at the abstract office to sign our closing documents (Larry not only helped us sell our old home, but also served as our realtor for purchasing our new home), everyone in the office - there were dozens of people walking in and out - EVERYONE knew his name, and spoke of him with respect. He made sure we were comfortable, that we knew what we were signing up for, and reassured us when a minor hitch occurred. Then, after we had completed the transaction, he gave our children gift cards to their favorite stores, to help them make the transition to a new home. Though there are many other services that Larry provided for us, helping us through innumerable obstacles and challenges, that day at the abstract office sticks in my memory most. If we have it our way, we'll never use another realtor - Larry's our guy.
