He described comparable properties in the area and knew details about how those deals went so that I could weigh options about how to price the home. During a walk-through, he pointed out what issues were priorities to resolve based on what may turn off prospective buyers. The home went on the market the day after I had it ready, and within the first week, he forwarded me many good offers and offered his advice on selecting the best offer. It was about six weeks from our initial walkthrough to the closing; only possible because Larry stayed in contact with me and helped make decisions. The result is that I'm confident that I got the best possible deal in the most timely fashion.

I loved my original home and had mixed feelings about leaving, but I knew we had to move - Larry's sensitivity to our situation, extreme patience, responsiveness and process knowledge was paramount throughout the entire journey. Since we were not in any major hurry to move, Larry's approach to help us locate a house via the "we'll leave no stone unturned", helped put us at ease - We, and he, were committed to doing our due diligence.When we visited potential homes, Larry shared his opinion on the pro's and con's that he recognized, while still being respectful of our priorities. Often times, Larry pointed out structural and cosmetic items of the homes, not to try and pressure us into placing a bid or discouraging us from making one, but instead wanted us to have the facts, so only an educated decision could be made - this was invaluable!!!When we did make bids, Larry's insight into how to navigate through process was also very helpful.
