ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is stressful enough, but trying to buy one when you live 2000 miles away is even harder!!! But Larry went the extra mile every time we asked him to do something for us! He's a great Realtor and even a better guy! I consider him our first new friend we've made here in Florida!! Thx Larry for everything!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were excited to have Larry help us find another investment property as he had done such a stellar job aiding us about 2 years ago. Larry made himself available to us within days of requesting his services. He had put together an exhaustive inventory of desirable properties for us to go see with him. Larry's knowledge of the geographical area as well as his understanding of the current market proved to be extremely helpful. We were able to find a beautiful investment home on the first day of looking with him. Highly recommend Larry for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Larry was a great help in finding a place here in Cheyenne! He was able to match my needs with the area and was able to negotiate a fair price for the location I chose. Finally, during the closing process, he was a competent and involved advocate for me.

ZillowVERIFIED 3 days agoMy fiancA(C) and I recently purchased our first home. We used Larry as our realtor as we are clients of his wife as well. The first time we met with Larry we were very uneducated about the home buying process. He spent a few hours showing us different homes on the market as well as walking through what the process would look like. He was very honest with us and never made us feel as if we were getting into a bad situation. He was very responsive the whole way through. We spent almost two months under contract and heard from Larry often just to make sure everything was still okay. He always got back to us in a timely manner and answeed all of our questions. It was a pleasure to work with someone so knowledgeable and honest. We always felt secure in our decisions and the advice he had to offer. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to find you the home for you.

ZillowVERIFIED I was an out-of-state buyer. I asked Larry to be my eyes for any property I was interested in. He was very informative and answered my questions promptly. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He made himself present for the inspections. I came out for the final walk-thru and my first visit to the property. The house and property were perfect. The closing was quick and uneventful. I would definitely recommend Larry to anyone. Thank You Larry!! I love the place!

ZillowVERIFIED Larry Gardner helped us find our new old home in WY. His assistance was indispensable with us being 1700 miles away. Larry listened to our needs & gave us great recommendations. When I came to town to house hunt, he made me feel like I was his only client. He always responded inquiries in a timely manner. Not only did Larry have a strong knowledge of the area, his many year as a realtor has honed his negotiating skills. We trusted him to take care of all appointments: from inspections & repairs to finding a cleaning service to get into the house before we arrived. He really helped make the house buying experience and great one! I would highly recommend Larry Gardner & Remax Capitol Properties. Thank you Larry!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Larry Gardner was the best realtor my wife & I have dealt with, by far.His professionalism, willingness, knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions - and his sense of humor - are his biggest assets.Whenever emailing or texting Larry, we could expect a rapid response, and we spoke frequently during the home purchase process.Even though as buyers we had several requests which did not meet standard realtor protocols, Larry Gardner went above and beyond in working with the seller's listing agent to get these items accomplished. From his advice concerning home inspections, to overseeing a radon mitigation system being changed from a passive system to one that reversed the pressure, and significantly reduced the radon levels in our home - Larry Gardner proved quite valuable, and he was a huge asset. We have relied on his advice from things as far ranging as home and auto insurance, suggesting a moving company, veterinary care, local places to eat, shortcuts in driving to certain destinations, etc. His personality and easy going "Cowboy Rango" nature is definitely unique, and sets him apart from other realtors. There is a reason why Larry Gardner is a top selling agent, and it is because he bends over backwards for his clients, and does the best possible job he can for every client. We were really lucky to have found Larry Gardner as our realtor. Certainly we put lots of pressure and stress on Larry's shoulders and he swatted them away like a fly on the range.Kudo's to Larry Gardner and his agency & staff - for doing a wonderful job throughout the entire buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED I was buying my first investment property when one of my realtor buddies recommended me to Larry. I immediately felt confidence in his knowledge and ability. He has some experience purchasing and owning investment properties himself and had helpful advice along the way. When I was curious about a property, he got on it and got right back to me. He also has very good relationships with other agents in the office and arranged for somebody to take good care of me when e was on vacation. All in all, top-notch. It's easy to see why he knocks down 90 closings in a year.

ZillowVERIFIED Larry was very intuitive to what we were looking for in a home. He was very knowledgeable about explaining all the processes & documents. He responded immediately to my emails & texts and kept us informed and up to date on any pending issues. Although we decided to not sell our existing home at this time, Larry help us sell another home that we owned as a rental property and was able to sell as an investment property so that the existing tenants could remain living there. I would definitely use Larry in the future if we should decide to list our home again and will most definitely recommend him to my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Larry by a friend who highly recommended him. I'm glad that I listened! Larry was the best agent that I could have to help me sell my house. He is prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. I moved out of state soon after my house was listed. Larry took care of the advertisement so perfectly that the offers came in immediately. Since I was out of town, Larry handled all the things that I could not locally. That took the stress out of selling the house! Anyone who has sold a house knows it is a stressful process. Larry answered all my questions and relieved any anxiety I had associated with the process. He did so by explaining every step through his masterful expertise! That expertise is what led to a smooth sale. Both the buyer and I were happy with the selling experience. Every detail was handled professionally and executed perfectly. I highly recommend Larry to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home. I could not have sold my house without him. Thank you very much Larry!!
