After our house was vacated and cleaned, Larry recommended to stage the house for an additional fee. The stager did an excellent job in showcasing the house with modern furnishings. Because of the staging, we were able to list the house for a higher price. In addition to the staging, Larry coordinated the photos and 3D images of the property. Within a couple of days on the market, there was an offer for the full asking price and a 12 day close of escrow. When I initially met Mr. Gage and he showed me my new home, I fell in love with it immediately and was excited to make an offer. I was willing to pay above and beyond for the home because I wanted it so badly. Mr. Gage really watched out for my best interest, and advised me as to what he felt was a competitive offer. He simply could have submitted my offer and made more in commission, but he did not. Mr. Gage's integrity speaks volumes as to his professionalism. In giving Mr. Gage 5 stars just does not seem to be enough because I believe he deserves at least 10 stars. I am now living in my dream home, and I owe it all to him, and with the money that I saved in the price of the home that I was willing to pay, I was able to make changes inside and outside of my new home.
