When we relocated to Florida, my family had a specific list of needs and wishes for our new home. With our temp lease running out in 50 days we were in a crunch. Bert and his wife came through with expert knowledge, prompt communication and pure determination. Bert helped set us up with a super lender, answered my Florida specific questions and has a friendly personality that makes you feel so comfortable. We would have made a few mistakes had it not been for his knowledge of construction, remodel and realty combined. We have not bought a home in over 10 yrs. and a lot has changed since then. Bert walked us through each step of the way. He explained the processes and made me feel at ease with the whole process, from PRE qualification all the way to Closing day! He made sure we got the best home for our buck that met as many of our wishes as possible. We even made the deadline for moving out of our temp condo....This kind of service is unheard of in the real-estate market today. Brett is so knowledgeable, responsive and helpful! I'm an out of state buyer and he was very educated on the current and local market so he was able to help me narrow down the areas that would be best for our familys needs. He always made himself available for showings and sent detailed videos or FaceTime calls to ensure we had a clear idea of the properties when we couldnt be there in person.
