ZillowVERIFIEDIn a time where availability of homes was limited, he not only found a home that met our needs, but he asked questions we would not know to ask.The best advice he gave when we were deciding on a house was: "Don't offer so much that you would regret how much you paid upfront, i.e. buyers remorse. Instead, offer as much as you need, so that if a higher offer got accepted, you wouldn't feel like you could've done more." That advice made us offer just a bit more than initially decided, and ended up being accepted. His team also moved to get our offer accepted, even when higher ones were in the running. Larry even created a website showcasing only our home. We receive a full price offer the first weekend our house was on the market. Unfortunately we fell out of escrow due to Covid-19. However the pandemic did not scare Larry at all.
