ZillowVERIFIED Lark was a referral from a coworker when we were looking for better public schools and safer area to live outside of Denver proper. She was wonderful to work with during our familys home search and buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, honest and helpful. I can honestly say we would not have gotten our new home if we werent working with Lark. She helped us see many many homes in the Evergreen area, narrow our search appropriately, help us know the market conditions and know what sellers expectations were. Lark was wonderful, I would recommend here to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were connected with Lark as a referral when we were ready to buy our first home- and we truly cant begin to imagine having done it without Lark! Lark is an absolute pro, and it was obvious how experienced she is upon our first meeting! She has an expansive knowledge of the market in and around Evergreen, and she very quickly keyed in on what we were looking for and showed us a number of homes/ neighborhoods that she knew were the right fit for us. After looking at various homes to find the perfect one for us, we threw Lark the ultimate curve ball- we came across vacant land for sale that we absolutely fell in love with, and thus began our (major) pivot to pursuing a vacant property to build our forever home on (vs. our previous plan to purchasing a home). Lark proved beyond knowledgeable in this realm too, and she dove right in to help us begin to wrap our heads around how we could make it all happen. She was thorough and resourceful, and reached out to various contacts she had to help us work through the full process- from planning & zoning to financing to water & utility planning to a real estate lawyer- all just to cross the ts and dot the is on our future building plans. Lark was truly a one-stop shop for our entire property buying process. Lark truly went above and beyond an agents typical duties, and she became our true spirit guide in the entire process of planning our future forever home. We are so grateful to Lark and will recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy a home or property in or around the Evergreen area! THANK YOU Lark!! Olivia & Tom

ZillowVERIFIED Recently my brothers and I had the pleasure of working with Lark to sell our late mother's Evergreen home in The Ridge at Hiwan. From our first meeting it was clear that Lark's knowledge of the Evergreen market was expansive, to say the least. She was so thoughtful of our circumstances and her excellent communication skills kept us in the loop throughout the process. On the few occasions when an issue arose, Lark was swift to address it, making the whole experience worry free for us. With Lark as your agent you can be assured she will have your best interest in mind. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you will quickly understand why she has been the number one individual agent in Evergreen over the past three years. She is a true professional. Thank you Lark!

ZillowVERIFIED We selected Lark to list our Hiwan home and were 100% satisfied with her representation of our property. Her vital strengths are : point out improvements that should be done prior to listing ; aggressive follow-up with prospective buyers & agents; and negotiating to bring the best offer to closure. You cant ask for more than that ! Bottom line : there is a reason she is the # 1 realtor in North Evergreen - she specializes in one area & works very hard for those she represents. She knows her product and stays true to the task. We recommend her whole heartily ! Lark is The Best realtor choice you can make !

ZillowVERIFIED Lark is a great and dedicated agent. Lark provided detailed information on the entire process so we knew what to expect and when. Photos and videos of our property were beautiful and professional, which drew a lot of attention. Selling a house during a pandemic when everything turned upside down, somehow continued to work smoothly with Lark and we were able to sell our house in the timeline we wanted. Lark knows the Evergreen market very well and I would absolutely recommend her when buying or selling in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't imagine buying or selling without Lark. For both buying and selling she uses any and all resources available to put you in the absolute best position you could be in. This includes her long history in Evergreen, and the connections she has by living and working within the community so much. Her knowledge of real estate in general, and in the area make her my go-to realtor. I have bought 2 homes within the last 2 years with her (selling one), and I know that without her I would be in a lesser position than I am today with my sale, and new home purchase. Couldn't be happier!

Communication throughout the process was clear and never overstated. She's a cool headed negotiator that makes it all seem easy. Lark over delivered on all her commitments. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We need a realtor that had an intimate knowledge of Evergreen. Lark impressed from day 1. She was thorough, professional and her follow up and follow through was amazing. ZillowVERIFIED Lark is truly a shining star! Lark represented us when we moved back to Colorado and purchased our home. Larks positive attitude and incredibly solid skillset made our real estate transaction a pleasant experience. She was available 24 hours a day and answered every single question we had promptly. She handled herself beautifully with all parties involved in the transaction. Most of all, however, she showed excitement with us throughout the process, knowing that we finally found our home and couldnt wait to start our lives there! We are so grateful that we not only met Lark, but also got to work with her so closely. We HIGHLY recommend Lark to help with any real estate transactions! Thank you so much, Lark! ZillowVERIFIED Have worked with many agents & Lark is by far the hardest working & most diligent we've seen. From listing though whole process. Sold home in 5 days that others couldn't sell in 1 year - for same price! Spent many hours skyping home with potential buyers. Met with contractors for inspection items when we couldn't. She did not miss a thing!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought & sold real estate in 3 cities (2 different states) over the past 30 years, and can say without hesitation that Lark is the most helpful and most professional realtor I've ever worked with. She kept things smooth & transparent, and took on all the headaches herself, so that I had little or nothing to worry about. She is thorough, attentive and responsive. I would absolutely work with her again, and would recommend her enthusiastically.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be more pleased with my choice to have Lark help, and represent me during my buying process. From the beginning she impressed with the leads she came up with, and throughout the process she continued to impress by getting this times quickly and comfortably. I personally had a few hiccups in my buying process due to a mix-up that previous owners had gone through. Lark is the one that really pushed to get it resolved, and she resolved it quickly. You won't be disappointed with Lark at the helm. Thanks so much, Lark!

ZillowVERIFIED Lark has been extraordinarily helpful in tracking residential real estate for me in Evergreen, CO... a land and home constrained market. Lark was able to present a residential lot in a highly sought after neighborhood before that lot was officially listed in the marketplace. Most didn't even know that there were any lots in the neighborhood. I continue to work with Lark and would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to relocate in Evergreen.

ZillowVERIFIED Lark was recommended to my wife and I from a co-worker. I was confidentially being relocated into the Denver market for a new position with my company and had 30 days to find and close on a new home. We were extremely impressed with Lark's dedication, passion, knowledge and responsiveness to our needs. We received much needed recommendations, as we looked at many properties in the first week. Lark's local knowledge and opinions were extremely helpful in making our decision. Lastly, key negotiating talent assisted us in purchasing our house within our range and while holding long term value. We love our new home! After 8 relocations and 6 homes, this is our favorite.

ZillowVERIFIED My family relocated to Colorado for a job opportunity. We got to know Lark through the process of trying to identify communities/neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area. We ended up loving Evergreen. Since Lark grew up there and knew the area well, this ended up being a huge bonus. We purchased a house in The Ridge. We then relocated back to NY a few years later and immediately called Lark to have her also handle the sale of our home in Evergreen. She is professional, friendly and calm and I can't recommend her skillset and ultimate friendship enough! It's been many years since we worked with her and we still keep in touch. My daughter is now attending the University of Denver so who knows, maybe we'll end up using her again!
