What I really like about her is she always put our needs in priority. She would not trick you or try to convince you just so you would buy a house faster. During our stay, we enjoyed the experience of downtown living and wondered what it would be like to have an apt in the heart of Chicago. On a whim, around 5 pm one day, we sent out an online query to check out apts listed for sale. Literally within 2 minutes, we got a response offering to assist us with our search. The response was from Larissa. In fact she called to say that she had a place that we could see right then, if we had the time. So we went and met her at the apt. Larissa was very friendly. She quickly gleaned our interests and understood what we were looking for in a downtown apartment. We then went back to Florida and she frequently sent us listings to review. After we identified a few apts we were interested in, she arranged for us to visit several of them on a weekend. Eventually we chose an apt. Shen then efficiently guided us through the mortgage process, including finding a lender and providing us with leads for hiring a home inspection company and attorney. Everything worked seamlessly and we closed on the property in October. During this hectic process, we also had a family emergency and she was very understanding and soothing in her interactions with us. Despite all this, the entire process, from initial contact to closing, took only 4 months. Besides being professional and thorough in her job as a realtor, Larissa was more like a friend who was very kind, understanding and accommodating, given our situation, throughout this process. I would recommend her in a heartbeat, to anyone looking for a realtor.
