We contacted Lara in June 2025 while we were still living in Washington. My husband had military orders to move to California, and we were planning to buy a home as soon as we arrived in September. She helped us start the paperwork and got us pre-approved before our move. Even while we were out of state, she stayed in touch and sent us homes to look at. Once we arrived in California, she quickly got to work and helped us find our forever home in just one weekend of house hunting! She negotiated on our behalf, and the sellers accepted our offer. By October, we were able to close on our home. She guided us every step of the way from Washington to California and was always professional, responsive, and easy to talk to. Even after closing, shes stayed in touch and continues to be very reliable. Highly recommend her!

Dear Lara I want to sincerely thank you for helping us out with the home buying process. As most people do I was looking for the perfect house for my family, and given that the prices are so high I thought that it was going to be impossible for us to buy one, but when I started talking to Lara, she was was so helpful and knowledgeable and she said it was possible. We looked around but everything was not to our liking or the ones we kind of liked the price was high.
