My husband and I moved here about 2 1/2 months ago. We fell in love with the hill country of Kerrville. Not knowing anyone in town, we decided to request a time to view these homes. So we requested a time slot to view these properties, Lanita reached out and we met. She is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Communications was clear and professional rather it is text message/calls or via email and the respond time was fast. Lanita has shown us several homes in Kerrville and Ingram. She has advised us that if these houses do not meet our needs, we have the options to custom built as well. She helped us get connected with contractors for remodeling on a potential interested property, but after looking the renovations cost versus new built, we decide to custom built. She went above & beyond to assist us on purchasing the land.

The realtor that had the listing was non-responsive, and seriously lacking in communication skills. Lanita was brought in to help out. Man o man did she ever! Knowledgeable, quick to respond to the needs of her customer and ahead of the game when things needed to be done!
