ZillowLanham was so great to work with. He was thorough with his recommendations for a quick sell. Lanham was organized and efficient. He was always available if we had a question or concern. He listed our house at just the right price. Selling can be stressful and challenging but Lanham made is easy! We are so happy with our selling experience. We sold within 24 hours!!
ZillowAfter a bad experience with a previous realtor I contacted Lanham to see if he could help me with my home search. He contacted me within five minutes to set up a showing the next day. The house didnt work out and I was worried that hed get impatient. Instead he told me that finding the house for me would take as long as it would take and I would know it when I found it. Sure enough about a month later, after looking at multiple houses, we found the house for me. Lanham handled all of my concerns with ease and was able to negotiate the exact price I wanted for the house. This was my first home purchase and Lanham made sure that I understood what was happening at each stage. He was great to work with and is someone you can trust. Buying a home is nerve-racking enough without having to worry if your realtor is in your corner. You dont have to worry with Lanham. Seriously, quit reading and give him a call. Youll be glad you did.
ZillowLanham was extremely helpful and always looking out for my best interest. As a first time home buyer he took the time to explain the process and what I was to expect so there was no surprises.
ZillowMr. Stark is a very professional man dealing with he shows interest in my wants and needs. He has great knowledge in buying and selling houses so I gave him my complete trust in my choices. The end results when it was all finished left me feeling comfortable and well pleased. I understand Lanham is a Christian man and he prays daily for God to be with him that made up my mind to choose him for my Realitor. So if your are buying or selling I can say Lanham is never alone but God is always with him. You will find him to be kind and polite and you cant help but like the qualities he has to represent you.
ZillowComing from Chicago, Il to look and properties is the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Lanham made this experience easy for me. I would highly recommend Lanham if interested in buying in this area.
ZillowMy husband and I were in a hurry to purchase a home, we met Lanham and he went right to work. Lanham knew exactly what we were looking for after our first meeting and suggested serveral homes for us to look at and made the time to make it happen very quickly. Lanham was very helpful during this stressful process and answered all my questions. Lanham was able to negotiate terms we wanted without any problem. I highly recommend this professional he is the best in the Fort Worth area hands down.
ZillowLanham continually showed patience and great expertise as we tried to sell our house in another part of the state before we actually purchased a house in Fort Worth. He very easily could have written us off since it was taking so long, however, he worked with us day by day and month by month! Once we sold our house in East Texas, he already had homes waiting for us in Fort Worth to look at. Most of our showings were us calling Lanham at the last minute and he always accommodated us.We purchased a home in West Fort Worth that is perfect for our family, thanks to Lanham. We highly recommend Lanham for his professionalism, knowledge of DFW and his caring attitude.
ZillowLanham had a contract on our house one week after our home was listed. His staging ideas are affordable and creative. Lanham answered all our questions and made selling and buying a home a wonderful experience.
