ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Laney to find our first home in the USA was a dream. She is professional, very approachable and always available for questions. After showing us a few homes, she quickly knew exactly what we were looking for and found us our dream family home. Our process was a little complex because we were coming from the UK but she took care of everything in record timing! We had our closing three weeks from placing our offer. We would highly recommend Laney for finding your next home.
ZillowVERIFIEDLaney was incredibly helpful in my home buying process. She was able to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. Laney went above and beyond by reaching out as soon she was notified of any listing that fit what I was searching for and scheduling tours for me. I would recommend Laney to anyone that is in the market to buy a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDLaney did an amazing job guiding us through the process of selling our home. She was very thorough when explaining all of the paperwork to us, and she truly went above and beyond to do whatever it took to make sure we were able to sell on time! Laney not only sold our home but helped us to find our new home! We had very specific needs that needed to be met with the location and size of our home. She found us the perfect home in our desired location. She made sure that we were taken care of every step of the way and continues to answer any questions we may have! I recommend her to everyone and would absolutely reach out to her again if we were ever in the market to sell/buy again!
ZillowVERIFIEDLaney was very professional! She made sure we got the best deal on our house! She had great negotiation skills and was quick to answer the phone when we would text or call.
