ZillowVERIFIEDThis is our 2nd time to work with LaNell. First time we were the seller, this time we were the buyer. Both transactions were handled professionally and with extreme knowledge of the area in which we were selling and buying in. Her tireless efforts to make sure everything goes smoothly is second to none! She was very patient with us throughout the process; even showing us multiple houses over a 2 year period just to make sure we found the "right" one. I would not hesitate at all to recommend LaNell to anyone buying or selling!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with LaNell Shaw was an absolute pleasure. She helped and guided me through the process of selling my parents' home. She was professional, articulate and knowledgeable. Having never been charged with selling a home before, LaNell advised me of specifics to be aware of when accepting a contract. Since I was selling the property 'as is' LaNell advised me what all the various inspections might show. I had previously worked with Ms. Shaw on selling several lots and she also helped me tremendously in this matter. I would work with her again and would highly recommend her to any of my friends and associates.

ZillowVERIFIED We came to Livingston Texas not knowing any realtors, walked in Keller Williams and we were Blessed to be introduced to LaNell Davis Shaw. Told her what we were looking for and what we could afford, and before we knew it we had bought our first lake house. She went above and beyond to help us. Four years later we wanted land and be out in the country, once again she went above and beyond to help us sell the lake home and helped us find and buy our dream retirement mini ranch ( that's what we call it). In a nutshell if you are looking for an Honest, Hardworking , and simply the "BEST" you will not be disappointed!! Call LaNell at Keller Williams in Livingston Texas

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Shaw was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. When minor obstacles arose as they inevitably do, she always came up with solutions - not excuses! She knows this market inside and out, and provided us with excellent advice and guidance. She represented us as the Buyers, but what really impressed us was her respect for all of the parties involved, including the Seller, which is always instrumental in getting deals closed. Its her ingrained integrity that comes across in her actions and advice that for us puts her in the highest category as a professional in her field. Ms.Shaw was highly recommended to us, and after working with her, we highly recommend her also!!!

ZillowVERIFIED LaNell has the clients best interest at heart. She makes it clear that she is working for you and goes out of her way to accommodate, answer questions, etc. She educates the client and explains things that help the client assess the situation. Her manner is always positive and pleasant and always gives her full attention to you, never making you feel that you are a bother or that she has other more important things to do. LaNell has great tenacity. She is constantly on the lookout for the client and doesnt give up searching for the right property for her client. She brings a very personal touch to the process and you feel that you are working with a friend, not just an agent. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Lanell is a great agent. She is very honest and has a lot of integrity. She worked very hard in selling two houses that we had. One was on the lake and one was in town. She did an excellent job with both from signing the listing all the way through to the closing table. She is a first class agent!

ZillowVERIFIED LaNell has an extensive concept of Livingston's local market, which was quite helpful to us since we reside in Florida and were buying a home in Texas. We were in constant touch through texts, email and phone calls. LaNell knows how to negotiate - she even managed to keep the dining room table and chairs for us, which are perfect for that house and setting. She also advised us in advance of each step of the purchase process so we would know what to expect and when.

Review for Member: LaNell Davis Shaw
ZillowVERIFIED This was a very difficult and complicated process because it involved a remote purchase/closing from over a thousand miles away with a multitude of issues with the seller/property and financing as well as my circumstances. As a result some research into Texas law became necessary so I am quite pleased with her thoroughness. The whole process was constantly in jeopardy because of the sellers stipulations and we actually closed on the LAST POSSIBLE DAY. Both LaNell and the mortgage broker went above and beyond what I would have expected from "the typical cast", right up until the last minute making it all possible and keeping the deal alive. I cannot thank them enough.
