This is our 2nd time to work with LaNell. First time we were the seller, this time we were the buyer. Both transactions were handled professionally and with extreme knowledge of the area in which we were selling and buying in. Her tireless efforts to make sure everything goes smoothly is second to none! Working with LaNell Shaw was an absolute pleasure. She helped and guided me through the process of selling my parents' home. She was professional, articulate and knowledgeable.
