About Lane Stults

Lane Stults leads The Property Shop as president, overseeing a Fort Worth brokerage of about 85 agents. He and his wife also work together as The Stults Team, and Lane brings a builder's eye to every deal: through The Polished Property, he renovates historic homes in neighborhoods like Mistletoe Heights, Fairmount, and Ryan Place, and he holds his own rental portfolio as an investor. Whether he's listing a fixer-upper or guiding a buyer through an older home, Lane knows the real cost and character behind the walls, not just the listing sheet.

We bought our property from Lane just 11 days after it was listed! He was prompt in answering all questions and extremely kind and just all around helpful. Everything about our experience went smoothly. We highly recommend Lane when it comes to purchasing your new home.

My husband and I hired Lane to sell our home and find a new home and we couldnt ask for a better experience! He was very knowledgeable about our local market, gave honest and fair advice on our home and worked really hard to keep our listing relevant! During the selling process, he fought for our best interests and guided us when we needed help with decisions. He was with us every step of the way and made the experience really easy and as stress free as possible! When we set out to find a new home, Lane kept us in the constantly changing loop in a very hot market. He recommended homes to see and scheduled showings for anything we wanted to walk through. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and stayed patient with us while we decided what we truly wanted! We decided to build a custom home and he has stayed in contact with our builder, checked in with us, and has continued to make us feel like we are in the best hands possible during this phase of our process! I HIGHLY recommend Lane and his team when you are considering buying or selling. You will not find an agent that works harder or cares more about you and your family!

Lane Stults started as a neighbor who I didnt speak to that much...(my fault), then they moved away, and joined his talented family in the Real Estate Industry. From the time I knew Lane as a neighbor and just an acquaintance, he has always stood with integrity, honor, character and strives to become better than he was the day before. He is respected by his closest peers, family members, community leaders, customers, and friends. The high level of excellence and performance he demands of himself can be seen in his professional relationships as well. He honors his commitments, has always showed up early to appointments or scheduled meetings, performs extremely well with other agents in a buyer/seller relationship and there is a reason for his massive success. Lane also has a way of bringing humor, joy, and fun to what has been regarded as a serious profession. People light up when Lane and his family arrive and I expect every future relationship/customer will feel that while navigating their home buying/selling process! Thank you for everything you do Lane! Great Job! JTM

Lane was a champion of champions with some of the dealings he had to endure. Cant go wrong using this guy! He fought to get us the best deal possible. All in all it was one of the easiest purchase transactions we have ever had.
