ZillowVERIFIED We met Landree when she represented us as a buyer's agent to purchase our home this August. She showed us 5 condominiums before we found the one that we wanted. She was always nice and calm through the process and was prepared with the information we needed. She knew about the condo developments and their issues with special assessments. All of this helped us pull the trigger and write a contract on the home we purchased. We did have somewhat complicated negotiations that Landree handled with the seller and their realtor. The concessions that she worked out helped us complete our purchase. We appreciate her and will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase around The Lake of the Ozarks. I am in the mortgage business and won't hesitate to send any of my local or out of town clients to her.

ZillowVERIFIED If your looking to buy on Lake of the Ozark, you may have found that there are a lot of cabins for sale on the lake but if youre looking for a Home you best find you a very good Realtor. Especially if you dont live in the state, many pitfalls to consider with real-estate here on the lake. Without reservation I feel that Mrs. Landree Hill of the Fran Campbell team / Re/max Lake of the Ozark was the best I could have chosen and would likely not have closed on my new Home if not for her. Kudos to Landree and the Fran Campbell Team.
