While researching the market on Oklahoma City, I came across his Oklahoma Real Estate show page and realized how knowledgeable he was on Oklahoma City and other surrounding cities. Due to a financial situation I was in, I needed a trustworthy real estate agent to help me sell a property I had purchased and renovated, originally to be rented. Landon was excellent in his communication, he advised me along the way on how to prep the property for sale, and what to appropriately price the property. Seeing that similar properties in the area were on the market for 90-120 days, I was a little worried that I wouldn?t be able to sell in a time crunch I was in. But with Landon and his marketing, we were able to get my property under contract in just a little over 2 weeks! All of this done while living in California! If you need a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor, Landon is for you. He really works in YOUR best interest. Thank you again Landon!

Not only did he work nights and weekends to navigate a complicated buying process but he worked to show us he cared on a personal level. He obviously wanted to do whatever he could to get us in our dream home and that is exactly what he did. His personal skills are superb, which also comes in handy during negotiations ;) As for selling our home...it was on and off the market in two hours...good luck beating that! He did his market research and we were able to price our house perfectly to sell. Landon is an experienced agent and you would be hard-pressed to find a better one.

ZillowVERIFIED I was deployed overseas at the time and Landon went in and took a 4K 360 degree video for me. He uploaded the video to YouTube so that I could see the home and I ended up purchasing said home. There were 5 offers on that house within 24-hours. Due to Landon?s Quick response time, people skills and negotiation skills, my wife and I were the first to see the house, place an offer and subsequently strike a deal with the seller. 10/10 Will recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Landon is absolutely AMAZING! I am a first time homebuyer, so I knew very little about the process. Landon worked all hours of the day to find me a place. I lived about 4 hours from where I was looking, making it difficult to view houses. Landon took time out of his day to go through houses for me, creating a 360 video, talking about what he was finding. There were also stressful times my closing date got pushed back for bank reasons and landon did a great job reassuring me and keeping the moral high. He also is very insightful on the area, which was especially helpful to me, as I am new to Oklahoma. I would say landon is a great realtor, but that doesn?t do him justice. He is a great guy and there?s no one else I would?ve rather had help me through this extremely exciting while also stressful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Landon was a godsend to our family at a time when help was badly needed. Our dad passed away earlier in the year and we had recently moved our mother into an assisted living facility. Selling the house suddenly became a priority. Landon met with us and our mom at the house and was outstanding in assisting us with helping mom to maintain her dignity by making the decisions her own on a house she lived in for 40 yrs. The sympathy received for us from Landon was priceless. Landon impressed all of us by meeting with us the same afternoon after 1st contact, bringing pertinent docs for the area, helping us establish a listing price and explaining how the entire process worked. The house was listed shortly thereafter and soon had several showings with an offer that was made and excepted in a very short time period. Purchasing a home from out-of-state presents many challenges. Yet, Landon made sure we had a reliable contact tracking every change. During this home purchase we experienced nearly every challenge you could imagine--lenders approving a loan, an inspection riddled with repairs, a seller reluctant to negotiate and delayed closing date. Through it all, I felt completely confident this deal would get done because we had Landon. With a background in flipping homes with his uncle, he contains extensive knowledge at evaluating properties and bringing concerns up to potential buyers. He will NOT allow his clients to be ripped off! He will always give his client the truth which is refreshing to hear in the real estate business. Landon was always available to be reached on the phone or via text. Every time an inspector, appraisal or even mechanical engineer was present on the property, he made sure to be there as well.
