It was a lot. David Smith walked into that chaos and just... didn't flinch. Somehow he kept everyone cool and calm aEUR" including the family members who absolutely did not start out that way aEUR" and steered the whole transaction from "this might never close" to "wait, we're actually done?" without ever losing his composure. I don't know what training prepares someone for referee-ing family real estate drama, but whatever David has, Moreland Real Estate Group should bottle it and sell it. He kept his head when everyone else (myself included) was losing theirs, and somehow made a genuinely stressful process feel manageable. If your real estate deal comes with a side of family drama aEUR" and let's be real, a lot of them do aEUR" David is exactly who you want in your corner. Cool, calm, collected, and somehow still standing at the end of it all.

Any question or concerns I had, were immediately answered or explained to me! I initially reached out to Jordan in hopes of finding a very specific house, in a specific neighborhood, in a very specific price range. Honestly, I had little hope that this house existed, but over the course of a year almost, Jordan reached out to me on every possible house that met or came close to meeting these very specific requirements. She never once forgot about me, even though many realtors probably would not have wasted their times on a client that wanted such a ridiculously specific house. She never gave up and eventually that house popped up and within minutes of it being listed, she had reached out to me, and was already on the ball! Her work ethic and drive really was unmatched! Landon is by far the BEST realtor we have ever worked with! He's knowledgeable, professional, kind and one of the best at what he does. We looked at around 15 homes with Landon. Each time we would get to a new property, he would remember what we liked in previous homes and wanted to know if what we were looking at would fit our needs. Once we finally found a home, he helped us get through the offer-making process, inspections, etc. as we were still living out of town at the time. I can't recommend Landon any higher! You will not go wrong working with him.
