ZillowVERIFIEDLandon was great. He came highly recommended by our old realtor who had retired. He knew the market well, had some great suggestions, and was very helpful in answering all our questions and making the purchase quick and easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Landon was a great fit for us. He is definitely a no-pressure guy and was patient with all of my questions. I am not sure how many homes we looked at during our search, but we looked for about 4 months, and sometimes with several return visits to homes we liked. Landon has a lot of insight into local builders and was very helpful in pointing out things that he noticed that an inexperienced eye may not see. I would definitely work with Landon again in either buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Landon was great. We moved here from Canada and are first-time homebuyers, so we knew little about the local market or how things are done. He walked us through the whole process and helped us find a great lender and a great home. Always very responsive, hard-working and knowledgeable, and never pushy. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Landon did a fantastic job helping my wife and I find our perfect weekend home. He was very patient as we changed criteria multiple times and were somewhat indecisive at times. Landon found our ideal home and helped us get our offer accepted. We even closed on the new home UNDER appraised value in this current crazy market. We would highly recommend Landon to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Stellar job again I must say. Landon and Candy McGuire knocked it out of the park this time. They helped us buy our first house and we lived there for 12 years, but it was time to move into something bigger. They advised us to do a little cleanup and we decided to do a little more than that. When the time came to sell our house we had offers coming in fast. Our original plans to build a new home wasnt going to work so Landon and Candy helped us find something. We found a newly built home much like what we wanted to build. They worked hard to make sure our first home sold and we purchased our new home with delays. The process seemed to move so quickly. We should our house in about 3 weeks and were moving into our new home in no time. These two make the process so wonderful to do with them. Always as nice as can be and I wouldnt ask anyone else to help us. Landon and Candy are our home buying and selling team from now till eternity. We love you guys. David and Jennifer Gott

ZillowVERIFIED Landon was amazing from start to finish. He was always available to use either through phone or in person, even on last minute requests to view homes. He had the answers to all our questions and had great insight and advice when we were unsure about something. As first time homebuyers and knowing nothing about how the market worked, he helped make the process for my fiancA(C) and I so easy and stress free.

ZillowVERIFIED Landon and I met through Zillow. He helped me find a perfect house for my kids to live in while attending TX A&M. He is very knowledgeable about the area and effectively narrowed our search to pin point the right neighborhood and property. His professionalism and follow up are top shelf. I plan to use Landon again when I sell the house or acquire additional rental homes.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Landon! We told him exactly what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations. He is very honest, if theres something that you should know about a property for example, if the property is in the flood zone or if the property has rollback taxes, he will let you know and if he doesnt have an answer he will find a way to find out for you. He really cares about giving you your dream home. We recommend him 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Landon to sell our house in College Station, TX. He went above and beyond expectations at every turn. He worked with us to price the house appropriately, establish a list of things that needed to be done in order to show the house and eventually helped to stage the house for show. The house hit the market late on a Thursday and we had three offers in hand by Saturday. We eventually accepted an offer over asking price. If you are selling your house in the BCS area...Landon is the man for the job!

ZillowVERIFIED Landon is incredibly fantastic. It never felt like he was trying to sell us a house. He made choosing and buying a home feel like it was an adventure he was guiding us through rather than that nagging feeling of a sales pitch. He went above and beyond on researching the homes to help us see the pros and cons. When we finally did choose a home, it needed a few repairs and he went out and got bids from contractors on all of it. He also worked with my husband and I's hectic schedules for showings and answered many late night and early morning phone calls. My husband and I being new to home buying, needed a lot of explanation and help in understanding different aspects and Landon was very informative and able to explain clearly the answers to any question we threw at him. 10/10 Landon is top choice for a realtor.
