Then, a few years later, he helped us sell that house and buy a new and better home. Throughout he was professional but personable, extremely helpful, and available any time I contacted him (which was sometimes way too early in the morning, but he never complained). He made the whole experience as stress-free as possible for my wife and I and talked us through from start to finish. We went into this without any idea of what to expect. He took the time to answer any questions we had and explained things we didn't even realize we needed to be asking. There were multiple instances where he went well above and beyond to help us, going out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible.
