Before taking us to several different houses, he sat down with us and explained the whole home buying process, what we could expect in a hot market, and gave us references for good lenders, all without us committing to use his services. During showings he was prepared and knowledgeable about each property. If he didnt know something he was quick to search out the answer. Once we found our house he made the home buying process super simple. He walked us through each clause to make sure we understood what it was saying and answered any questions we had. He was a great liaison for us and was quick to contact the sellers agent when we had questions. You could really not have a better agent than Landon. The very next morning he was sitting at my kitchen table going over a comparative market analysis he had prepared on my behalf. The guy is amazing - so focussed and honest and knowledgable. In the end, a number of circumstances led us in a different direction regarding the sale of the house, but Landon's shaping influence in the process cannot be overstated. No high-pressure tactics from this professional! Landon was gracious and kind, smart and earnest.
