Landon made a very difficult time so much easier for me. After my dad passed away, I had to sell his home in Utah while living in California, which made things even more challenging. Landon made the entire process feel like a breeze. His communication was wonderful, he kept me informed every step of the way, and he truly knows his stuff. I'm so grateful for his professionalism, support, and everything he did to make this process easier. I highly recommend Landon!

Landon helped me to find EXACTLY the home we were looking for. We struggled with a few that were not right for us, but he was able to get us into the home, and specific area we wanted. The time it took was surprisingly quick. Also, the bid he recommended we submit was right on the money. When I looked at how many homes he sells each year, it shocked us: it was many, many, many times the average agent, which is why we chose him.His demeanor was great, and he even helped push my car out of the snow, when it got stuck. What else could you ask for?

I have been using Landon and his team to sell some water rights. What has impressed me is how well he stays in contact. Calling and informing me how the market is one way or the other. All good real estate agents have a team and his team is one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They make the process easy.

Our home was listed and sold within 23 days. We were contacted at least once a week to bring us up to date on the sale or to ask questions. We were concerned our home wouldn't appraise for the offered amount but Landon assured us it would and he was correct. It was a quick and smooth process. We would recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend Landon. Nice guy but I didn't feel he had enough local knowledge/expertise to properly list my property. He wasted 2 months of my time and money.

Landon and his team did what 4 other agents and my wife and I couldn't do for 5 years. He sold our 2 homes. His persistence, follow through, and work ethic paid off for everyone. Excellent communication and he does what he says. Landon and Chelsea were excellent throughout the entire process. We are very thankful for their hard work. Barry and Barbara Gray

Listed and sold in short order at near the asking price. Only problem was that we went with a title company recommended by Landon and the sale was contingent on the buyers were selling their home using a different title company(in the same town). Process would have been a lot smoother if we had both been at the same title company. Other than that, everything went well.

Landon's team did a great job selling my house. Although there were some delays (mostly with the buyer's bank), he and his team answered all of my calls and panic moments, and the sale ultimately went through. I would recommend Landon Anglin at Remax to my friends. -Audree Williams
