ZillowVERIFIEDLanden helped us sell our single family home in Shawnee, KS, and the service was unparalleled! He was very knowledgeable about the local market, he was thorough in walking us through all of the finer details, even down to tips on how to make the house look amazing for showings. Landen had a professional photographer AND videographer who took beautiful shots of our home to put online for potential buyers to check out. The video on facebook alone had nearly 2,000 views! Showings went nuts first day on the market (thanks to Landen!) and he was very responsive for all of my questions and those of buyers and their agents. Negotiation went off without a hitch, and we were on and off the market in less than 48 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
