ZillowVERIFIEDWe had such a great experience working with our realtor, Landen! He was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. Landon was very knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions or help us navigate anything that came up. He made the process feel so much smoother and less stressful, and we truly appreciated how supportive and responsive he was every step of the way. We are so grateful for all of Landons help and guidance. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Landon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED We got Landon by the draw of a hat and HE WAS AMAZING. He was relatable and personable. One thing I know we loved is he didnt give us any BS & knew what to look for. He was straightforward and didnt want to steer us into buying a home that wasnt the best choice for us. He pointed out good and bad and allowed us to make the decision. He was very proactive in sending us houses and trying to get us in right when they became available. We could rave all day about how fortunate we were to have him but you will just have to find out for yourself!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Landen first as a buyer agent and then hired him to list our property after the original transaction fell through due to excessive liens. He was extremely fast to secure a buyer and helped get the transaction closed at asking price in less than 60 days.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Landen was brief but he answered all the questions that I had about the home my wife and I were looking at, and made me feel comfortable as he had fantastic knowledge of the local area and of the home. Since we were new to the area, this was important. In no way did I feel that he was just trying to sell us a house. He also worked closely with us and made it seem like our buying process was priority.

ZillowVERIFIED Landon Barr is hands-down the best real estate agent. Most of the other agents I dealt with were lukewarm. Landon, however, stuck with me over many months as I looked at properties. He always checked in with me periodically. He never faded or lost interest. He promptly returns phone calls, texts, and emails. Hes proactive and gives me paperwork immediately. He keeps me informed through every step of the process. He works with a really good title agency that has excellent customer service. Hes always friendly and helpful. He even helped to recommend new homes and spoke directly with my banker to make sure things were correct and went smoothly. A few times I ran into his dad, too. Theyre a great team. I would not hesitate to recommend Landon to anyone whose first priority is excellent communication and customer service from their realtor. Hes bright, friendly, helpful, cheerful, and a ray of sunshine. Definitely a rising star. Hes going big.

ZillowVERIFIED Landen did an amazing job helping my family and I find our house. He was very responsive, understanding, and helpful. We can not express how much we are thankful for the support he provided us on this journey. He didnt just help us find a house, but a place we can call HOME. He managed to do that during a housing shortage and with a very choosy client (myself). We definitely recommend Landen to anyone who is looking for a home or is looking into selling their home.
