The process of finding a house could not have been made easier. Lance was very knowledgeable of the area. I gave him a tight window of time to look for houses and he was able to fit 7-8 homes to go look at in that time frame. He gave me advice when I asked for it but was never too pushy. He is very reliable and responsive even after normal "business hours." When it came to buying the home, Lance has gone above and beyond the basic responsibilities of a realtor. When I am looking for another home in the area, will definitely be giving Lance a call.

Having known Lance for a number of years I knew that he would always be forthcoming and have my best interest at heart. In my opinion thats critical when selecting a real estate agent. Lance represented me as a buyer . A good realtor is critical to a real estate transaction...an exceptional one is priceless. Lance knows the market, the Florida laws and the process and guides you every step of the way. He is excellent at communication with the mortgage brokers ,title companies, inspection companies . He is super smart, patient and understanding as well as responsive . I can recommend him highly to anyone looking for an exceptional agent. There are tons of realtors in central Florida but none as exceptional as Lance, I never considered another agent because he is simply the best at what he does .

Lance has a wealth of knowledge in anything and everything involving real estate. Hes a very intelligent individual who can quickly read people, which is the perfect combination necessary when dealing with clients. We knew, with great confidence, that Lance would be able to answer and help with *any* questions or concerns that arise.Lance cleared out his whole weekend before going on vacation just for us, so we could meet in person and get the ball rolling. With the help of Lance we actually put an offer in on a house less than a week after initially emailing him! The process was so seamless and smooth that we all were just waiting around for the closing date! (Lance kept offering to try to move it up for us, by the way!!) :)This was the first house we have ever bought, in the future we will probably purchase out of state, and honestly I am doubtful well be able to find a realtor as great as Lance. He really set the bar high. I suggest Lance to anyone buying a house in the area- hell find you what you are looking for, he will help with the negotiating (in all aspects), and he has connections to some of the best resources around! He really does have his clients best interest in mind.
