(this was me before i moved to North west Arkanas), i knew he would be a right fit. This being our forever home and he knew that we wanted the ONE. our process took a couple of months and we scheduled like 10 homes each time for like 4 or 5 visits. Each time he was so patient with us, guided us off the goods and bads of each home objectively. he is very responsive over text, email and phone and when ONE we liked happened, we asked if we can see in 2 hours and he was flexible and made it get an offer the same day. He is very professional while being a home buyer therapist. He knows much beyond real estate, he often guides us on home improvement, landscape, gardening even after buying the home. I recommend Lance highly to anyone, even if someone who is new to home buying and has no idea about the process (like us).

We saw around 50+ houses in a year with him & eventually bought a house we originally had walked past. He did this by pointing out the ups & downs at the properties & having realistic solutions for the price point each of the parties were asking. The reduced the amount of bickering that would have taken place otherwise. ZillowVERIFIED Lance worked with us for over 5 months. We identified the home we wanted to purchase pretty early and Lance assisted us in negotiating a significant reduction to asking price. Like many purchases we were contingent on selling our home in Texas. Several weeks later we were able to get our home under contract. Things looked promising but a mere 1 week later our contract feel through. The housing market began to struggle with the multiple interest rate increases. All along Lance continued to communicate and support us. Finally our home went back under contract, after several price reductions ( over 10% from original asking price). With Lances help we were able to negotiate a significant reduction to our dream home contract. We moved in about 5 months after the original contract and couldnt be happier.
