Lance met with us, took a tour of the house, and gave us suggestions on what would be the best way to move forward with selling the house. We did consult with another realtor and after talking to both Lance and the other individual, we were impressed with Lance and decided to list with him.My Aunt s house is an older house. She is a widow with no other family around the St. Louis area, so the house was a behind in the upkeep. Lance made suggestions for minor repairs to be done before listing the house. Because I live 2 1/2 hours away, Lance closely kept me appraised of the progress of the repairs being done. We listed the house and got an offer extremely quickly. The new owner had a home inspection done and there were some issues with updated codes that needed to be met since the home was first built. Lance called his contacts and was able to get workmen out to make the minor adjustments that were needed to satisfy all the building code issues that the home inspector found very quickly. Again, Lance was a leader and supervised the work to make sure it was done in a timely fashion, so we were ready to go at the close.I believe Lance went above and beyond a normal real estate agent s duties to make sure my Aunt s home was sold (again we live 2 1/2 hours away and did not have to make any extra trips). We were extremely happy throughout the process and Lance reassured me during every step of the process. Lance is a really professional, caring, hard-working individual who will sell your home quickly and for top dollar!

After nearly giving up hope in this aggressive sellers market for months and dealing with a couple of awful realtors. My friend suggested that I reach out to Lance. I sent him an email.
