We saw plenty of homes and she would always help spot issues that could arise, her knowledge was crucial to quickly weed out the homes that had hidden issues. When we made an offer she did her best to get the seller and agent understand and even when the deal fell through due to their stubbornness she kept hopes up that we should find the right home for us.

ZillowVERIFIEDCeci Gutierrez helped my fiance and I purchase our first home. She was everything you could ask for in a realtor. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for, as well as to help us figure out what it was we wanted but didn t know yet. This let her find home after home for us to consider even at a time when home inventory was incredibly scarce. She also made sure that we were considering all of the different pieces of homeownership that we were too inexperienced to know ourselves. Inspections, warranties, credits, closing costs, expected repairs, negotiations, etc. you name it Ceci brought it up. Despite all the information she was providing us she was constantly careful to remain objective, wanting not to influence our decision but always happy to provide her expert opinion when we asked for it. Working with her was a dream and I couldn t imagine finding a home another way!
