ZillowVERIFIED I heard a commercial for Lance Loken and his team, and the message was to contact Lance and start packing. I honestly contacted Lance and a week later I was packing! Lance literally had my home with multiple offers after 2 days on the market and a contract was in place after 3 days, I was shocked. Lance and his team are hands down the most professional individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I spoke with Lance, I was impressed and felt like I was making the right decision. The entire process of selling a home and moving can be very stressful, but Lance and his team make it easy. My wife and I are very busy and figured selling our home would really take up a lot of our time, not the case with Lance and his team. They utilize modern technology and have you sign documents electronically, his staff consistently communicate statuses via email and with phone calls. There are no office visits tying up your day, yet you still receive the personal touch from Lance and his team. If I did not know any better, I would have thought Lance was only selling my home and not the many others that he is also selling. I never felt like a number or that my home was less important than a higher valued home. Lance and his team are a fantastic group of professionals and I tell everyone I know about Lance Loken.

ZillowVERIFIED Even though we were just looking for a rental, Joy gave us the same amount of time and attention as if we were purchasing a home. She sent us countless listings, answered all of our questions, gave us sound advice, and showed us multiple properties. When we finally selected a property, the landlord was extremely difficult to get in touch with. Joy and Ashley got everything squared away with the landlord, including picking up our security deposit from my work and hand delivering it to the landlord. Finding a home in the fast-paced real estate market of Houston is extremely daunting and exhausting, but Joy at the Loken Group made it so much easier and less stressful for me. Looking forward to use them again!

I did all the transactions electronically, including my signature, & had all paperwork back to them by that evening. They also assisted in finding me a home upon my return, & we did both closings on the same day. It was a very stress free, easy experience. Now, if only they owned a moving company, I would have had the perfect move!!!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to be more than just a client in your home buying experience then Lance Loken and his TEAM are the realtors for you. They made me and my family feel as though I was more than just an individual buying a house. I mean come on who throws a party with full catering and Margarita machine. Lance Loken and his team do! This group never missed one of my calls, never left a question I had unanswered, and most importantly to me never told me they could not set up a showing for a few days cause they were not available. In the market I was dealing in you didnt have days you had hours in some cases. I also did not know exactly the area of town I wanted to be in, my options were open and they had no problem with my jumping from one side of town to the other several times. Lastly if your looking for a great buying experience from start to finish then you must contact Lance Loken and his team and let them do their thing.

For the longest time I thought that when dealing with a new home a realtor is not necessary. My recent experience with buying our new home proved otherwise. If not for Joy and her team, we would have either passed on our home or pay too much for it. She worked hard to fix every and all issues we had. When we considered cancelling the contract, she calmly and effectively advised on the positives of purchasing our home and advised us towards making the right decision. Joy made a point to be there for every major discussion, and teleconferenced in with the builder's salesperson for all other meetings, and even acted as a buffer when negotiations became frustrating. She arrived during the walkthrough and helped us to spot problem areas that we had missed, and constantly kept us in the loop. Her communication was beyond excellent and you can tell she truly has our best interest in mind. If and when we do decide to move again, we will definitely be contacting the Loken Group for assistance.
