While Lance and his team were great across the board, I think a few things really set him apart and are worth mentioning here. First, Lance was extraordinarily responsive, and was always very quick to return a missed call with either a call back or a text message setting up a time to talk. Second, Lance and his team were cautious and thoughtful about our concerns during COVID, taking numerous steps from masks to shoe coverings, from hand sanitizer to actually wiping down any surfaces with disinfecting wipes to facilitate showings in the safest way possible.
