I wasn't living in the house when it was being put on the market. He lined up a gardner, went by to check on the house, met the security company, chilled out the neighbors when we did a little short term rental, worked with the broker, got comps for the loan. And best of all got it sold at asking price (which was above the market). worked with many agents - he was the best. I know this sounds like he wrote this review, but thats because he sold the house like it was his own. And then I need some help with a document after it was sold and helped me find that too!
