ZillowVERIFIEDLana put on a masterclass for us throughout the entire process. From evaluating our home, the communication process throughout, maintaining positive pressure and helpfulness, to the sale of our home - I could not have been more happy with her service. We feel lucky that we were able to work with her, and feel strongly that anyone reading this review is lucky to have stumbled upon her! Don't look any further. Lana is courteous, knowledgable, hard working, and straight to the point. Hire Lana Vogel, she's very good at what she does.

ZillowVERIFIEDLana went beyond our expectations. Even before we officially listed with her, she answered the many questions we had about listing our home. She also gave great advise about how we should stage our home for the showings. She promptly got all offers organized so we could make an informed decision about which one we should accept in a timely manner. We are very pleased with how smoothly selling our home was.

Her patience, authenticity, and sincere desire to do whats best for you shows in every single interaction. Its this unique combination of all of her qualities that immediately earns your trust when you meet Lana. Unlike most real estate agents, Lana never pushes you to purchase anything that doesnt fit your needs or if you are not ready. If it wasnt for Lana, we would never be able to purchase a property and move from CT to Florida. Lana has been working with us for over a year trying to dot all the Is and cross all the Ts, and not once have we felt any pressure to make a decision when the time wasnt right! It took us 2 trips to Florida and multiple showings to finally make a decision and Lana was with us every step of the way! She has been our real estate agent, our friend, our adviser, our advocate, our master negotiator and even our counselor! Lanas ability to wear many hats and to show complete dedication to her clients is truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that the entire search and sale transaction went smoothly taking care of a multitude of things, juggling several responsibilities at once, and making herself always available for questions/concerns/suggestions, etc. Lana is an outstanding professional, an amazing person and a rare find in the world of a real estate business!
ZillowVERIFIEDLana is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. We've purchased 5 homes over the years. We moved from out of state... she spent tremendous time directly with us to get us familiarized with the area. This was invaluable for our home purchase. Lana is so knowledgeable about the area... what to look for in a house and most importantly what to avoid. She worked with us... not against as experienced with others.... she quickly learned our preferences and focused on that... very easy to work with. Her negotiation skills are excellent and she has great insight into working the best deal. Overall Lana was a pleasure to work with...I have to thank her immensely for everything she did to help us find the perfect home....
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are so glad we found Mrs. Lana Vogel a year ago. Throughout our search for the perfect home, she was patient and always took our concerns very seriously. It was a long journey which lasted over one year, but Mrs. Vogel never made us feel pressured, and she never made us feel like she was wasting her time with us. Of course I could tell you how knowlegable she is. But anyone can be knowlegable with the internet available nowadays; but only a few real estate professionals will give the personal care Mrs. Lana Vogel gave us. Dale, Zulma, and Angela Hiske
ZillowVERIFIEDLana made certain to communicate all of the most important pieces of each and every step in order to make the process smooth and painless. It was a joy to work with her and to have her assistance during my first home buying experience. If I ever choose to purchase another home, I would definitely look to her for guidance. She is excellent at helping every person feel comfortable enough to purchase a home and she kept everyone in the loop in order to keep the process flowing. Closing happened on time and it would not have been possible without her! She is amazing.
ZillowVERIFIEDI met Lana Vogel when I purchased a home in North Fort Myers, she was the listing agent. She was very attentive to all my questions and requirements as we progressed through the entire process including mortgage application, home inspection, etc. I was so impressed with Lana's abilities that I gave her my home in Cape Coral to sell. Lana helped me find contractors to update the home's interior and get things cleaned up, (some things she did personally).l We recently sold that home for the final listing price and I'm very pleased. Thanks Lana!
