ZillowVERIFIED I spoke to Lana and she listed my house. Within about a month's time, the house was in escrow. Although mine was not a huge house, nor a fancy house, and certainly not a high dollar house, Lana seemed honored to sell it for me, whereas a previous realtor with whom I spoke was pretty clear that it would be almost a matter of doing me a favor to sell it for me.Lana is personable and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Lana treated us like family. She went above and beyond. She showed us so many houses and never complained or acted like we were putting her out when we called on the spur of the moment to see a house or wanted to see a particular house over and over. She offered advice as she could and even bought us lunch one day. Truly a real pleasure to work with. She is our realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Lana is an amazing realtor to work with. She walked me through the process a few years ago in purchasing my first home. She handled all of the paperwork, gave me great advice, and also educated me on the details. She made me feel comfortable and there was no sign and buy pressure. I also have to compliment her on her patience with me because I was so picky in finding just the right home. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is purchasing a home or rental property.

ZillowVERIFIED I called Lana to assist me in looking for a house. I had 3 houses in mind but she took the time to show me a few more. I was able to choose one the same day and she wrote the contract for me. Just 3 days later everything was approved and I just had to wait for closing. The house is just right for me and I am so happy that Lana made that happen so quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED Lana was tireless and enthusiastic when it came time to help us find a home here in Roswell, NM. Easily reachable by phone or email, she was available to look at houses whenever we had time. Lana was always on our side, able to answer any and all questions we posed about the somewhat confusing process of purchasing a home (with cash), and helpful to the end. We experienced true and honest follow-through with Lana and recommend her to our friends who are searching for a realtor. Thank you, Lana!

ZillowVERIFIED Lana, demonstrated a high degree of professionalism in assisting me to sell my house. I am more than happy to recommend her to others. Her knowledge of real estate was instrumental for brokering the offers and leading them into a successful closure. I relied on her to explain to me conditions offered in sales offers and she was knowledgeable enouth to clarify my questions. When there was an ambiguius issue, she was very prompt to contact the buyer's broker and ask for clarification. Since I did not live in the area where I was selling my homes I relied on Lana to inform me about periodically about the conditions of my homes and whether they need to be cleaned and keep them desirable for potential buyers' viewing.
