I have been practicing real estate in North Carolina since 2015, having relocated with my family from New Jersey that same year. I understand how many moving parts there are in making such a big move and I am able to guide my clients by drawing on my own experiences. I am currently a team lead, certified mentor, certified relocation expert, have earned my RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist) designation and have worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers in North Carolina to successfully purchase and sell their properties. My business has become and continues to be 100% referral based which is a goal only achieved through relationship building and dedication. I am an expert in new home construction/sales, having represented both builder and buyer in many different communities. I believe my job is to take the "stress" out of the buying/selling process and provide a relaxed experience to make my clients feel comfortable all the way to the closing table. Today, I live in the "Seafood Capital of the World" - Calabash, NC with my husband and I am a mom of four with my youngest now attending UNCW. I am also a proud rescue Mom of three rambunctious pups. I am licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina for those clients that love the coast but are not really sure they want to be just yet.
