The Candor team really helped me to get a better understanding for the process. They reffered me to a great lender who helped me tremendously in sorting out some financial wrinkles. ZillowVERIFIED Lana was the first and only phone call I made when selling my house. Within the first 4 days of listing - my house was sold (and for 30K over the asking price). Lana's experience and high energy is acutely focused, making her an extremely efficient agent who is well-connected within this market. To put the timeline in perspective, this is COVID, New England winter, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I called Lana on a Friday evening, met with her that very next day (Saturday), and by that following Monday she had her photographer come take photos for the listing which went live on Tuesday. Because Lana knows the area so well, she knew exactly how to market my property and highlight the value of the location so that perspective buyers would take notice. Within 2 hours of listing, I had over 200 views and 4 scheduled showings. Over the next 2 days (Thanksgiving Holiday), I had even more showings scheduled. Because we received so many offers - all well over asking price - I cancelled the open-house and we made a deal before the weekend. When I was looking at having the house professionally cleaned- Lana was right there with a referral to an outstanding contact with great rates who did an amazing job. This was my first home sale, and I didn't have a clue where to start. I am so happy that Lana was my first call. Not only did she do her job, she went above and beyond to guide me thru all my seller responsibilities. On the sale, she was on top of us to make sure the house was ready for showings, and as a result the house sold at list price within 24 hours of going on the market. We listed the house at the top of her suggested range which was higher than we had estimated which is always a good thing. On the purchase, as with the previous experience Lana was knowledgeable of the area we were buying in, very responsive with showings and communication with the seller's agent. Meanwhile the other house which was listed earlier, is still in the process. There are a couple of factors that may have contributed to this difference, but I'm convinced that Lana was the biggest factor. The bottom line: I definitely recommend Lana for anyone buying or selling their house.

The monumental task of clearing the house of all it contents led to a great deal of anxiety. Lana was so calming, encouraging me to take my time and that there was no hurry. aEURoeWe wont go to a live listing until youre good and readyaEUR?. She pointed out what I needed to focus on and what was not so important, reminding me that I had right up until closing to get it all done. Three weeks later I felt we were ready to show the home. Lana came promptly, went through the property with me, made a few more suggestions as to what needed to be done prior to the photo shoot, and scheduled it for the next day. The photographer she used was super professional, took her time and got a variety of shots so Lana would have a good selection from which to choose. It is apparent that as I was hard at work getting the property ready to show, Lana was as equally hard at work getting the word out about the listing to her many industry connections. There were 15 showings and 10 offers, 1 of which was accepted from a wonderful, happy buyer, all within 5 days of listing and without an open house. Lana was always available for my questions and concerns, early morning and late in the day. The whole process went so smoothly, I just cant believe it. Less than six weeks from listing to closing.
