ZillowVERIFIEDSusan provided an extremely personalized, effective plan to sell our home. We listed over the holidays (not the greatest time), but thanks to Susans help and expertise, we sold without difficulty. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan is an incredible real estate agent! I have never met anyone who works so hard to make her clients happy and make the process of selling/and or purchasing a new home so easy . Susan was able to calm our fears and made the process of purchasing our new home and wonderful experience. She went the extra mile and took every little thing we were looking for into consideration . Overall she is a extremely professional, very personable and hard working. In addition, she always returned our calls promptly and never dismissed any of our concerns. Above all, as a long time Grosse Pointe resident she really knows her stuff about the area, which made us feel very comfortable that we made the right choice . I highly recommend Susan and Lambrecht realty for all your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Is one of the best real estate agents I have ever met, and I have had plenty of agents in the past. Very easy to work with and works to no end. She immediately understood my needs and also was very quick to pick up on my wants. I recommended her to my daughter and my daughter is now a proud 1st time homeowner because of her. I give my highest endorsement to her. If you want and need a true professional in the field Susan is the agent for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan made thr processes of finding and purchasing our new home very smooth and timely. We were having trouble winnig bids on previouse homes before we found Susan. When we found a house through one of her listings we made a bid and she called back with our accepted offer only hours later. I felt that she was very honest, had great customer service skills as well as a great knowledge of the realastate industry. I would highly recomend this agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful, contacted me immediately, made me aware of her years of experience which made me feel she had expertise in understanding my needs and desires for the specific home I was inquiring about. Followed up with information needed. Kept her name as a future reference for home buying.

ZillowVERIFIED I ran into Susan many years ago over a large development transaction outside Traverse City and was very impressed with her. To my surprise and dumb luck - I found my dream home and she was there to help with every aspect of the deal. She found me a excellent Mortgage Broker - negotiated the deal - talked me out of stupid emotional buyer stuff and was there every step of the way. Thank You SUSAN.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Susan on several deals and, due to the extremely efficient and flexible attitude Susan had, we were able to put together two deals that were unbelievable!! Susans expertice is negotiations is unmatched by any Realtor I have dealt with in the past. She is extremely open minded and will look at any reasonable combination to put buyer and seller together. The deals we did together totaled over $3mil. and I am sure neither of the deals would have been put together without Susan being involved. I highly recommend her services if you are buying or selling a mobile home park or any other property where you need someone working hard to make the deal work for both sides.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan helped us negotiate a bank owned home purchase. The comps were not coming in at asking price and the home needed a new roof. We never thought we would be able to purchase our home but Susans expertise helped us close.
