ZillowVERIFIEDWe had such a great experience with Keenan and Kurt Gottschall from Lakes Area Living. They are very professional and easy to work with. Our home received an offer in less than a week and closed in a month! You will not regret working with this father/son duo!

ZillowVERIFIED The Lakes Area Living Team I dealt with was Keenan and Kurt Gottschall. They were both very professional and easy to work with selling my home. The home was valued and sold for the price appraised by them, they were right on the money. I would highly recommend their services.

ZillowVERIFIED As the home selling process is very stressful, it is important to have a Realtor with expert experience in the industry. Many thanks to Keenan and Realtor One for demonstrating the level of professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to make accommodations when needed. You truly went the extra mile to ensure that from "beginning to end" my home selling process was smooth and painless as possible. R. Mosley

ZillowVERIFIED Keenan helped us find a home in an area we knew nothing about. He was extremely helpful, and answered all my questions right away. I would recommend his services without hesitation. Update: Keenan sold a home for us within a few days of listing it. He is always prompt when replying to any questions or concerns. He knows this business as well as anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Keenan listed our home for rent and showed the property to potential applicants. The process was painless from our aspect and he aided in what could have been a much longer drawn out process. He advised in everything from what we should rent our home from and what we could expect from the process.

ZillowVERIFIED I sincerely wish every real estate agent were as hardworking, genuine, and strong willed as Keenan. Not only was he available to answer my questions whenever I called, he constantly kept my personal needs in mind and on more than one occasion he went out of his way to stand up for me even when I didn't have the courage to do it on my own. I can't recommend him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Keenan always got back to me quickly when I had questions. He helped me negotiate a fair price on a foreclosed property I was buying. He pointed out possible problems with properties I was looking at so that I would be aware of what I was getting into.
