Our realtor suggested we go ahead and put in an offer since it was what we were looking for, so we put in an offer around 0930 in the morning. My realtor also reached out to her after it was sent in, and no response. My realtor reached out again later in the afternoon and she finally responded back saying she would send the offer to the seller. Next thing we know, wr are being told the seller is uncomfortable with us not seeing the property; this is due to her negligence in never responding to our 1st two inquires into the property. We were then told it was sold to a cash offer.
