ZillowVERIFIEDLake was an outstanding asset to my home search and purchase. Lake helped my get the house I wanted during a strong sellers market. Lake went out of his way to make sure we had swift opportunities to view homes during the process and was on-point getting the answers I needed. Lake made the home buying process a pleasurable journey. He even helped with the move-in.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe started out just going thru openings and using the realtor that was at the opening. We met a young, energetic realtor and felt comfortable with his knowledge of what we where looking for to represent us. Lake help us thru the many showings, by qualifying the condos before we we?re shown them. After the final selection, he helped us thru the process of closing the sale. Lake was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding, for we changed mid process, in the financial aspect of the closing process. Thanks to Lake, we have a nice condo for my son to move into?.. all this while Ian was blowing aound!
ZillowVERIFIEDLake has been such a light in this crazy market. Always so kind and helpful, ready and willing to help me find my dream home. Communicates very well, and continuously explains the ins and outs in detail of every place I?m interested in. Would absolutely recommend Lake to help with buying your dream home.
