We started out just going thru openings and using the realtor that was at the opening. We met a young, energetic realtor and felt comfortable with his knowledge of what we where looking for to represent us. Lake help us thru the many showings, by qualifying the condos before we we?re shown them. After the final selection, he helped us thru the process of closing the sale. Lake was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding, for we changed mid process, in the financial aspect of the closing process.
