From beginning to end, Laina exceeded every expectation. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, walked us through the ins and outs of buying beach property, and connected us with reliable vendors for deck repairs, insurance, and other needs. This was invaluable since we're not local full-time. Her communication was outstanding; she was always quick to respond and kept us in the loop. As our advocate, she leaned on her strong relationships with other agents on the island to get us quick answers, and she stayed on top of the sellers throughout our due diligence period. Laina comes with our highest possible recommendation.

I had a fantastic experience working with Laina Collins with Emerald Isle Realty. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated throughout the entire process of selling my property. From the first meeting to closing, she kept me informed, answered all my questions, and provided excellent advice. Her marketing strategy was spot on, and my property sold quickly and for a great price. She handled everything with ease and confidence, which made the experience stress-free for me. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you for a job well done!

Are you looking for a real estate agent who will provide you with exceptional service? If so, then Laina Collins of Emerald Isle Realty is your real estate agent. I recently had the pleasure of working with Laina to purchase my retirement dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Laina was professional. She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Laina came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate and consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. Laina also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with the property. Throughout our journey, Laina demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or required more information on a particular property, she took it all in stride. Laina went out of her way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding. In the end, she found me the house of my dreams for a fraction of the seller's asking price. She will work hard for you. You would be foolish if you don't have her as your real estate agent.

She is very knowledgeable about the home-selling process as it is the first time that we are selling a home. She is prompt and she responds quickly and keeps us in the loop about our home that is for sale.
