I was constantly informed of what was going on and the timeline of getting the house ready to sell. She knew the exact things we needed to do to get the home ready for sale, without overdoing it. She set up everything, from the changing of the lights in the kitchen to the cleaning before the open house. She picked the perfect time to put the house on the market based on housing market trends. She got multiple offers way more than I though possible and sold the home in less than 3 days!!! It couldn't have been an easier process for me. ZillowVERIFIED Lacy and her people were amazing. My family and I recently moved from manhattan, and with two little kids, nothing was easy. Well except for working with Lacy and her people. Lacy went out of her way on several occasions to go above and beyond finding ways to help us. At the end, Lacy and I looked at several hundred homes online within a 20 mile radius of Dallas. Then we narrowed it down to 70-80 homes that my wife and I dug deeper into, and we obviously had more questions. Then we finally narrowed it down to 30 and thats when my wife and I flew in for a long weekend. That weekend was packed. We looked at all those houses + a few others. We met a bunch of Lacys friends / business partners. And when I say Lacy and aEURoeher peopleaEUR? helped us, I'm not kidding. Ranging all the way from great mortgage to wonderful insurance expertise and excellence. And they are good people that you can trust. Thats the most important part for us. And they delivered excellent quality products. I couldnt have been happier with the way we designed my mortgage and insurance. And the home inspector gave me a report like Ive never seen before. So thorough and accurate. Stuff I truly appreciate. It was a lot. And Lacy didnt miss a beat. She gave us good guidance and led us to what we consider a perfect home. I hind sight, if we didnt listen to Lacy and went with one of those other neighborhoods, we would be miserable right now. The area where we landed is perfect for our budget but still meets, and surpasses, our needs. I never thought leaving NY would work for me, and while the city will always be my favorite, I couldnt be happier with the way things turned out. The house, the neighborhood, the people, and THE FOOD have all surpassed my expectations and our family is looking very happily into the future. Thanks a ton Lacy.

We met her at an open house and after meeting several other agents at other open houses, Lacy definitely stood out to us so we gave her our info. We werent quite ready to buy at the time of meeting Lacy but she kept in touch with us until we were ready. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! Since this was our first time buying a house we had no clue what to expect or do but she was there every single step of the way to help. There were times during the process where we panicked because issues came up but she would always reassure us that things would work out and they did. On closing day, she was sweet enough to watch over and play with our baby while we signed paperwork.
