ZillowVERIFIEDLacy helped me through the process as a first time homebuyer summer 2025.She was very patient answered explained the process and is detail oriented comes up with fair solution and is a honest realtor! It was a challenge to find a home in my price bracket but Lacy not one time made me feel that I was intrusive of her time! She treated me more like a prospective buyer and never felt pushed towards she took the time and she wanted me to find a home in an area that I fell in love with! I can not think of one situation that I was not happy with her experience and work ethic! I am so lucky to have found her. Thank you Lacy from the bottom of my heart making it happen and find us our cute house

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot speak highly enough about Lacy. As a first time home buyer with very little knowledge about purchasing a property, I lucked out with the best agent. From our initial meeting to finally closing on a house, it was truly the best house buying experience I could have hoped for. Lacy was responsive to any requests I had, knowledgeable about the area and any questions brought up, and very personable which made the entire process stress-free and fun. She made the impossible possible and the entire buying process could not have gone smoother. I would recommend Lacy as a real estate agent to anyone without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Lacy has been the ultimate professional representing me in both the purchase and sell side of a Cleveland property. As an out-of-state client, she went out of her way to provide personal support to me when I couldn't be in town. I would highly recommend Lacy for your next sale or purchase. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable on navigating the process, she is an amazing person.

ZillowVERIFIED From the very start, Lacy made us feel comfortable with her expertise as she shared her detailed and forthright knowledge of the downtown Cleveland real estate market. We have bought and sold numerous homes over the years as we've moved with military assignments and civilian jobs, and we have never had a better agent supporting us. She listened to our desires and quickly honed in on properties that met our needs, while also explaining the pluses and minuses of a variety of properties we were interested in. Debbie and I feel lucky to have worked with such a professional agent who supported us every step of the way to a very quick and smooth closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacey went more than above and beyond my expectations of what a realtor does for somebody. From the minute she called me to go look at my first property, I knew it was a perfect match! She was so kind, so quick to get any answers I needed, and just had an overall wonderful personality! She helped me figure out what was really important to me in a house and was determined to make sure we found a place that checked all my boxes. She made looking at houses a lot of fun. She even caught issues in houses that I completely missed, and I work in property preservation! For example she saw a feather on the basement floor of a property and said "I bet the chimney is missing a cap"... Sure enough it was! I had gotten pre-approval from one lender on my own, but wasn't exactly thrilled with them. She immediately gave me a list of contacts who she highly recommends and I ended up going with one of them... And I'm so glad that I did! The lender I chose to go with was also amazing and so quick to get my house squared away! Overall, from finding houses, to finding a lender, to hiring an inspector and even getting homeowners insurance, Lacy made the whole experience so easy and so fast! I personally recommend her to anybody I hear saying that they are looking for a house and if I ever move, I know that I'll use her to sell!! Truly, 20 out of 5 stars for Lacy!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a wonderful experience having Lacy as our realtor. My husband and I were not in a race to find a place in Cleveland, as we already have a main home outside of the city. So, it was pleasant to have a realtor who was easy going and not too pushy. What we truly appreciated was her responsiveness with any questions that we had and her expertise in the process of procuring the property. If you are searching for a realtor, we would definitely recommend Lacy for any of your needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacy was by our side from the day we decided to move until the day the new owners received the keys. She helped with every element of this complicated process, including - preparing the house for sale, selecting the right price, listing the house, managing other agents/buyers, negotiating the final offer, and the entire closing process.Lacy and her team brought both expertise and (even more importantly) value to the house selling process. With her help, we were able to maximize the value of our property. Thanks Lacy!

ZillowVERIFIED Lacy was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, no matter the day or time. She did not pressure us and was laid back, yet professional. We bought a home outside of Lacy's area of familiarity, yet she worked to answer our questions (or find them out if she did not know!) We did have some challenging back and forth with the seller; at times the process felt long, but Lacy did "come to the rescue" and help us continue forward progress.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacy helped me buy my dream home as a first time buyer and from across the country. Lacy was so supportive throughout the entire process that I felt completely comfortable not seeing the home in person until the final walkthrough. She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and made sure I had everything I could need, and more, to make the process smooth and easy. Lacy is also a lovely person to interact with: her knowledge of Cleveland is extensive and her demeanor makes her incredible to work with. I was so lucky to work with Lacy and wouldn't have been able to find such an amazing place and transition into the new space so seamlessly without her!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so glad I got matched up with Lacy as my realtor in Cleveland! I had to do a 1031 exchange from a house I sold in Reno, NV, and had been doing online research about Cleveland as a place to invest in rental property. I talked with Lacy who is a great promoter of the city. She is knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, as well as good coffee shops and restaurants. I ended up purchasing 3 properties, and she was able to negotiate a better price at our initial offer, and then again after inspections came back with needed repairs. I was an out of town investor, so she recommended local home inspection companies and even met them for the inspections in my place. I was a little nervous about purchasing in a city I dont live in and didnt know much about, but Lacy made everything run so smoothly and talked about how great Cleveland is - now I want to move there!

ZillowVERIFIED Lacy was great the entire time I worked with her. We visited multiple properties and some properties multiple times until I found the house for me. She even steered my clear of a couple more questionable homes in a non-intrusive fashion. Overall a fun experience with quite a few laughs and I landed in a home that I Love.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacy was great to work with during our first home buying experience. She was always super responsive and flexible with our showings. Our area (East of Cleveland) was a little out of range of her typical showings so she didn't know a great deal about the area, but she was always willing to come out even with the long commutes. It was a delight to see houses with her. She was helpful in pointing out concerning features of a home or what made it charming. Lacy is very willing to let you set the terms and prices that you want to offer. She is not aggressive in that way so she will let you lead in the negotiation of the price and items you want done. As a first-time home buyer I wish my husband and I would have been a little more aggressive with our demands but it worked out. She was always very open and excellent at communicating with both parties. Lacy knows the process well and is extremely helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. She is there every step of the way and becomes a great friend by the end. Overall, I think Lacy is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to look around the Cleveland area.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Lacy about a month back and was interested in seeing one and two bedroom apartments in the Flats area. Right away she sent me all the available listings and was very flexible when it came to showing the apartments. She was always available by phone or text if I had further questions on some of the listings. 1 week later, Lacy helped me find the perfect one bedroom apartment. I am so grateful that Lacy made the process to easy. I highly recommend her as a realtor for the Cleveland area. She is highly knowledgeable about the whole area and will recommend places based not only on price point but also in regards to specific needs! Despite her busy schedule, she always made time and made sure that everything was move in ready for me on the closing date.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacy was awesome at writing our offer. We made an offer on our house prior to seeing it due to the crazy real estate market right now. She recommended including a photo, writing a letter to the sellers and adding in an escalation clause, something I'd never even heard of! All of these were effective in getting our offer accepted for a house we absolutely love.
