I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and bring a strong foundation in both sales and marketing—with eight years in sales and nine years in real estate marketing prior to becoming a full-time agent. I'm a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon, which reflects the highest level of licensure in the state. I'm also a member of the Tom Ferry coaching network and actively invest in my professional development by attending multiple real estate conferences each year. These events keep me connected to other top-producing agents and allow me to stay on the cutting edge of marketing, technology, and strategy - so I can bring fresh, innovative tools and ideas to my clients every day.

One recent transaction that stands out involved helping a family sell their mother’s home, a home she and her late husband had built and lived in for over 42 years. Her adult children had power of attorney and were managing the sale while also navigating the emotional transition of moving their mom into assisted living. I worked closely with them to advise on key updates to improve the home’s value and appeal in a competitive market. I connected them with trusted painters, local vendors, and an estate sale company, and we hosted a successful estate sale. Once the home was ready, we launched with strong marketing, door-knocked the neighborhood, and held multiple open houses. We secured a solid offer and guided the family through inspection negotiations with care and clarity. It was incredibly rewarding to help a well-loved family home be beautifully prepared for the next generation of first-time buyers, while also supporting the sellers through a meaningful and often emotional process.

My journey into real estate began through marketing. I owned a small marketing business where I built websites and designed marketing materials, and my very first client was a real estate agent at Bella Casa Real Estate Group. I created her website, photographed her listings, and designed her flyers. Over time, I added more agents as clients and spent nine years specializing in real estate marketing part-time while raising my young children. During that time, I observed the demands and lifestyle of full-time real estate sales, and I knew that when I made the leap, I wanted to give it my full energy and focus. When the timing was right, I transitioned into real estate sales and launched my own business, committed to bringing the same creativity, strategy, and professionalism to my clients that I had supported behind the scenes for years.
