About Lacey Perniciaro
I'm Lacey Perniciaro, a licensed REALTOR in Mississippi and Louisiana, and I help buyers, sellers, and investors across the Gulf Coast. I work with Coastal Realty Group in Mississippi and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred, REALTORS in Louisiana, so you get one agent who knows both markets.
I grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and live in Diamondhead with my husband and our four children. I came to real estate from biomedical sales and brought the habit of doing my homework with me. You will get straight answers from me about flood zones, insurance, pricing, and neighborhoods, not a sales pitch.
Since 2021, I have closed more than $21 million in Gulf Coast sales. Coastal Realty Group named me a Top Producer with Gold awards in 2022 and 2023, and the Platinum award in 2024, and Gulf Coast Real Producers featured me as a Rising Star in November 2025. I hold a perfect 5.0 rating across 56 Google reviews in Mississippi and Louisiana.
As a real estate investor, I understand what a numbers-first buyer needs to see before making an offer. I also have deep experience helping military families relocate to the coast.
I cover Biloxi, Gulfport, Ocean Springs, Long Beach, Bay St. Louis, Diamondhead, and nearby communities in Mississippi, as well as the New Orleans area in Louisiana. Whether you are moving to the coast, buying a second home, or selling a house you have loved for years, I will walk you through it one clear step at a time.

FAQ
Tell me about your life before you tell me about the house. Do you cook, do you entertain, are you retired, do you have a boat, do you have health issues I should know about? Half of my best matches came from those answers, not from a bedroom count and a budget. Get pre-approved early and ask your lender about every program you might qualify for, because I have had buyers get into loans they did not know existed. On the Coast, ask about flood insurance before you fall in love with a house, not after. And be ready to move when the right one shows up. A good house at a fair price does not wait for the weekend.
Price it to what has actually sold around you, not to a number on a website. Zillow cannot see inside your house. Then give me one Saturday. Power wash the driveway, edge the beds, put down fresh mulch, match your light bulbs, touch up the paint, clean the ceiling fans, and box up the clutter. You are moving anyway. Buyers cannot see past your stuff, and the cheap fixes are the ones that move the needle. I will not list a house without that work done, because the photos are the first showing and most buyers decide from their phone.
A little bit of everything. Military families moving to and from the bases here, first-time buyers, people relocating from out of state who do their house hunting in one packed weekend, snowbirds and second-home buyers from Louisiana and up north, investors buying rentals and short-term rentals, flippers, and seniors downsizing after decades in one house. I am licensed in both Mississippi and Louisiana, and I am an investor myself, so I understand the numbers side as well as the family side.
A couple in Las Vegas wanted a beachfront high-rise condo in Biloxi. Not just any unit. Top floor, corner, a real view. They could not keep flying down, so I walked every unit on video, stepped out on the balconies, and sent recordings they could watch on their own schedule. They narrowed it to two, flew in for a weekend, and the one they picked looked exactly like the video. We wrote the offer, I handled the inspection and the walk-through while they were back home, and they closed without a surprise.
The long way. I was a hairstylist and an aesthetician, then I went into biomedical sales, which taught me how to listen and how to follow through. After my second child I wanted work that let me be present for my kids, and my stepmom, who was an agent, suggested real estate. I had always loved old homes, so it fit. I got my license, joined Coastal Realty Group in 2021, and never looked back.
I am a licensed REALTOR in both Mississippi and Louisiana and an active member of the National Association of REALTORS, which keeps me current on contracts, disclosures, and fair housing rules. Years in biomedical sales taught me how to read people, ask the right questions, and follow a deal through. I keep up with local lenders and their loan programs, which is how a client of mine landed a physician loan he did not know existed. And because I own investment property myself, I can talk flood zones, insurance, and rental numbers from experience, not a brochure.
